Q. How do I get a Western Union account?
A. Western Union doesn't offer "accounts". You just either go to their website with a credit/debit card to send gifts. You can also walk into a local agent center to send gifts or receive gifts in your currency. Their website is:

Q. Other gifting programs use Fedx and Ups, why don't you offer that?
A. Because we are different. Most gifting programs are strictly US based. We have members in over 200 countries. Also, it reduce the delivery fees for everyone worldwide. Then, too receiving regular cash deliveries at your door can be dangerous in many places.
Q. How much does it cost to get started?
A. All it takes to start receiving UNLIMITED $2.00 gifts is a $2.00 gift given to your direct sponsor, a $1.00 admin setup fee, and some time doing FREE advertising or some money to place the cheapest ads you can find at first!
Q. How do I know I will IMMEDIATELY start receiving gifts?

Q. Are there any minimum referrals to get gifts?
A. No and Yes! No you don't need a minimum to get your first Level-1 $2.00 gifts, but yes you do need 10 new PAID Level-1 $2.00 gift referrals to qualify for each upgrade beyond Level-1.
Q. How will I know I will get my share of the upgrade gifts?
A. Just join and qualify for your upgrade to Level-2 or above. We add all approved upgraded members to our gifting rotation within 48 hours after their upgrade qualification is confirmed, and the payment has been delivered. Your gifts will start when your turn comes up after that!
Every upgraded member beyond Level-1 gets their fair share of the gifts on each level based on a mathematical formula, sort of like flipping a fair coin.
Q. How can I earn the $2.00 in my account, since I don't have a way to add funds to Alertpay to gift $2.00 from my currency?

Once you have earned a minimum of $3.00* plus transfer fees from clicking ad links, transfer those funds to AlertPay and use $2.00* net after fees to give your first gift to your sponsor!
Q. Do you accept credit/debit cards?
A. Yes! Alertpay accepts credit/debit cards if the receiver allows it. If they don't, just try another random member until you find one who accepts credit cards, or get money into your account to use your funds balance. Western Union also accepts credit/debit cards.
Q. Why do most members on the rotator NOT accept credit cards?
A. Why should they finance your gift payment with extra credit card fees. This program has a low price point for a reason, and its not to pay a lot of credit card fees.

Q. How do I get my gifts out of my Alertpay account into my currency for my use?
A. Visit the Alertpay website and search for withdrawal to get the details. When you pick up a Western Union gift payment, its automatically given to you in the local currency.
Q. Why have I not received any gifts?
A. Chances are your Alertpay payment button is not working. You must have an upgraded Alertpay account to Personal Pro or Business to be able to receive payments from websites. We strongly recommended that everyone click their payment button when they first got upgraded so nothing in YOUR SETUP will hold their gifts back.
Q. Who pays the payment processor fees?
A. You do! Alertpay is in business to make money on transfer fees. The payments go into YOUR account, so you must pay the fees to receive that money.
Q. Who pays the Western Union transfer fees?
A. The receiver pays the fees.
Example: A US to US transfers of $50.00 cost $5.00. The member making the $50.00 gift pays $45.00, plus the $5.00 transfer fee. The receiver nets $45.00 in cash.
Q. I thought $50.00 was the minimum Level-2 gift?
A. There are members who have a credit from our previous launch. When they send their balance to upgrade to the NEW Level-2, they must pay the $25.00 difference by AlertPay or Western Union.
Q. What if I don't want to use Alertpay?
A. Then, you don't want to receive gifts from our gifting plan. There is absolutely no way around it! EVERYONE must give a Level-1 gift to get on the Level-1 rotator. You can only do that by having a Personal Pro or Business Alertpay account, with the proper email format.
Alertpay is available WORLDWIDE!
They have some "high risk" countries, but with proper documentation even people in those countries can get an account. It just requires a little more time, patience, and persistence.
Q. Do I have to move up the steps?
A. You do not have to move past Level-0. If you want to receive UNLIMITED $2.00 gifts, you must give a $2.00* gift to your sponsor to be on Level-1. However, if you don't make your first gift in 14 days, we will consider you invalid, and your membership will be canceled.
Q. When is the best time to upgrade?
A. We strongly suggest you reinvest at least 50% of your gifts into upgrades until you get to the top level.
Steady upgrading progress will keep the most money flowing into your hands from the members who join after you in a Powerline system.
You never know from minute to minute how many will have joined after you, or when you are the next one in line to receive someone's upgrade gift on the NEXT level.

Q. How long will it take for me to max out on each level?
A. There is absolutely no way to answer that one truthfully! It all depends on how fast our Group Powerline grows, and your upgrading timing.

Q. Can I skip levels, and go to THE TOP?
