If spending any amount of money in joining Your Cash Group would cause financial stress or hardship, it is advised that you do not join this program since no refunds can be given under any circumstances.  That's why we highly recommend that you start at Level-1 and let your gifts pay you as you go up!  That way the most any one can say they lost in this program is one dollar, if they are not satisfied with their progress.    

    Although receiving cash gifts in every country is  considered  non-taxable, as in any case you should always seek the advice of a professional and competent tax, accounting or legal adviser about the specific laws in your country.

    In joining Your Cash Group, you understand that there is  support work involved with the program. You further understand that the website and back office that is provided for you within the program but they should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income or earnings.

 

   You understand that only the materials for this program are provided by Your Cash Group and that each independent website owner is responsible for their own individual charity. These materials are provided to you on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

    Under no circumstances shall Your Cash Group be held liable for any damages including but not limited to negligence or loss of income resulting from the use or the inability to use the Your Cash Group program materials, website that are involved with the program.

    All materials involved with our program including but not limited to text, images and software may not be copied, modified, distributed or transmitted in any way without the permission of Your Cash Group as these materials are protected under Copyright laws. Any individual involved in hijacking or publishing any materials involved with the IPC program without proper gifting or permission will be held liable for damages and will be prosecuted including reasonable attorney's fees.

    
    When gifting through Your Cash Group you understand that you get paid directly from your gifts and you must have an AlertPay and/or a PayPal account to accept those payments from your referrals. Instructions are provided within our member's area to assist you in setting up these accounts to accept payments.

    Proof of gifting is required for the Your Cash Group program and any unauthorized accounts will be terminated immediately without notice. You agree not to make any claims regarding gifts or income unless you have documented proof to support such claims.

    The following actions will result in your immediate termination with the Your Cash Group program - Sending unsolicited email messages (spam). If you participate in spamming the Your Cash Group program you will be terminated!

 

    Members caught spamming or otherwise causing harm to our program will have their accounts terminated immediately, and may be prosecuted for their actions. We will investigate all allegations before taking action.

    You further understand that all payments will be made directly to through your selected payment processor and that any problems concerning the payment processors you select to use with the Your Cash Group program will be handled between you and the payment processors.
    

    When joining the Your Cash Group program you understand that your membership doesn’t not constitute a partnership or employee relationship of any type and your are responsible for your own income and taxes which you directly produce with the Your Cash Group program.

    Your Cash Group reserves the right to modify this program at any time with a proper notice.  We also reserve the right to discontinue providing advertising for your member link at anytime with proper notice.
